Tiffany Erbach is the President and Founder of Elevate Business Consulting, LLC, a boutique management consulting firm specializing in business strategy, leadership coaching, and organizational transformation. With over two decades of experience in management consulting, Tiffany has helped organizations optimize their operations and achieve sustainable growth. At Elevate, she focuses on delivering measurable outcomes, fostering continuous improvement, and guiding businesses toward their highest potential.

Prior to launching Elevate Business Consulting, Tiffany served as Managing Director and Lead of CapTech Ventures’ 400-person Management Consulting Practice. There, she developed business strategies and roadmaps for multiple services, driving a 10% revenue growth over three years while significantly enhancing employee retention. In her role as Director of Organizational Change Management at CapTech, Tiffany expanded the practice’s portfolio from $3MM to $11MM, building a robust client base and improving service quality.

Additionally, Tiffany owns and operates Salty Shenanigans, a successful short-term vacation rental business. Her hands-on management includes marketing, vendor relationships, financial oversight, and guest relations.

Earlier in their career, Tiffany held leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and the Virginia Department of Transportation. Her extensive experience includes project management for large-scale organizational change initiatives, public relations, and crisis communications for major infrastructure projects.
